We have some big time news to share! We’re expanding our entire operation and purchasing a 2nd tour boat that will operate as Death’s Door Boat Tours. We are in the process of setting everything up and hiring staff to put together a fantastic product for our customers. The boat “Yankee Clipper” used to operate as a passenger ferry from Gills Rock to Washington Island. The Voight family, who previously owned the boat, has decided to hang it up and continue to operate Charlie’s Smokehouse, which has the best smoked fish in the entire county. We are leasing the dock space from the Voight family and will offer daily tours into Death’s Door, along the Garrett Bay and Ellison Bay shorelines and a nightly Sunset Live Music Cruise, just like our Fish Creek Scenic Boat Tours operation. You’ll see sights like Plum Island and Plum Island Lighthouse, Pilot Island, Washington Island, and discuss the many shipwrecks and historical items from the areas rich history.
